AnonymousHello, my name is Jesca Ryatura from Tarime teachers college in Tanzania. I am interested with the course because I wish to acquire more knowledge and skills on how to develop a change project which is relevant to our institutional culture and environment.
Our institutional change project is about improving teaching and learning materials (TLM’s) through environment and ICT resources. The change project will benefit student teachers, staff member, parents and the community in general because all of these stakeholders are important in improving effective teaching and learning processes
